Jennifer provides holistic, insight-oriented therapy that integrates a combination of mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy, Internal Family Systems, and somatic experiencing concepts, which helps clients identify automatic thoughts, understand the core beliefs shaping their emotions and behaviors, and develop healthier coping patterns. Through this process, clients build self-awareness, develop emotional balance, and create more intentional, authentic relationships. Jennifer’s professional background includes child welfare, social work, law, and state mental health, giving her a strong understanding of both individual and systemic experiences.
Jennifer is completing a graduate certificate in Jungian Couples Therapy from Pacifica Graduate Institute (February 2026), which has deepened her ability to helps clients understand the unconscious dynamics that shape communication, attraction, conflict, and relational patterns.
As a parent who has personally navigated divorce, Jennifer brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work. Jennifer is able to provide legal education and emotional support to individuals who have amicably separated and are pursuing a pro se divorce.
